Activated Agents LLC is an independent organization. It is not eXp Realty, it is not owned or operated by eXp Realty, and it is not endorsed, sponsored, or approved by eXp Realty or any of its corporate affiliates. Any reference to eXp Realty on this website is made solely to identify the brokerage under which participating agents hold their license. eXp Realty and any related names or logos are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

Participation in the Activated Agents program requires that you hold and maintain an active real estate license with eXp Realty, or a successor brokerage designated by Activated Agents LLC, and that you affiliate that license with Activated Agents LLC's team or office structure at eXp Realty. This affiliation is an operational requirement of the program. It is the mechanism that allows transactions to be tracked and compensation to be processed.

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing about the program creates an employment relationship, and Activated Agents LLC does not direct or control your licensed real estate practice except as expressly set forth in your signed agreement with Activated Agents LLC.

You remain solely responsible for your own brokerage fees, caps, splits, technology fees, MLS dues, board dues, licensing costs, errors and omissions coverage, and all other costs of maintaining your license and running your business. Those costs are separate from any fees or splits owed to Activated Agents LLC.

Program components, lead sources, technology platforms, and brokerage structures may change. Activated Agents LLC does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific lead source, platform, tool, structure, or benefit.

The complete and controlling terms of your relationship with Activated Agents LLC are set forth in the Independent Contractor Agent Agreement you sign. If anything on this website conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
