We collect commercial information such as the services you inquire about and your application or engagement details. We collect internet and network activity such as pages viewed, referring source, browser and device type, and interactions with the site. We collect approximate geolocation derived from your IP address or the market you provide. We collect professional and employment related information such as your real estate license status, brokerage affiliation, and production details you choose to submit. We collect inferences drawn from the above to support qualification and marketing. We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information such as precise geolocation, government identifiers, or account credentials through this site. If any sensitive personal information is collected, you have the right to limit its use and disclosure as described below.

We collect information directly from you when you complete a form, application, or booking. We collect information automatically through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools. We receive information from advertising and lead partners, which may include Meta and Realty.com, and from the brokerage that supports the program.

We use personal information to respond to your inquiries, to evaluate and process applications, to provide coaching, systems, and support, to communicate with you by email, phone, or text, to operate, secure, and improve the site, to measure and improve our advertising, to prevent fraud and misuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

We disclose personal information to service providers and contractors who perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, customer relationship management, scheduling, analytics, and advertising. We disclose information to advertising and analytics partners in connection with cookies and pixels. We disclose information to the brokerage and lead partners necessary to operate the program, which may include eXp Realty and Realty.com. We disclose information when required to comply with law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share personal information, such as online identifiers and internet activity, with advertising and analytics partners through cookies and pixels for cross context behavioral advertising. Under California law this activity is treated as sharing. You have the right to opt out, and we honor recognized opt out signals as described below.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require us to offer a right to limit under California law. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide a clear method to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information.

We will acknowledge and respond within the timeframes required by law, generally within forty five days, with one extension where permitted. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may require proof of the agent's authorization and verification of your identity.

We honor recognized universal opt out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device on which the signal is received. Where a signal is linked to an account, we will apply it to that account as well.

This site is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen, and we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under sixteen. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us at hello@theactivatedagent.com and we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The site may link to third party websites and tools that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we review it at least once every twelve months. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
